New Zealand will take on Australia in the first T20I in Wellington on February 21.

New Zealand are gearing up to welcome their trans-tasman rivals, Australia, for a thrilling cricket ancounter comprising a three-match T20I series, followed by two test matches. The kiwis enter the series on the back of a dominant 4-1 victory over Pakistan earlier this year, while the Aussies showcased their prowess with a 2-1 triumph against West indies in T20I. 

Anticipation mounts as the stage is set for the series opener at the sky stadium, promising a spectacle for cricket fans. Expectations are high for sizable totals, given the formidable squads assembled by both teams. Australia boats the like of Gleen Maxwell, Tim David and Matthew Wade in their middle and lower order, while New Zealand rely on drayl, Mitchell and Gleen Phillips to anchor their innings.
